EXCLUSIVE PROSPECT REFERRALS - We Pay You a 50% Referral Fee
Signing up below indicates you Agree to these Terms & Conditions:
The Real Estate Savings Center, LLC, (the Company) a Licensed Real Estate Brokerage in South Carolina, hereby sets forth the following Limitations, Terms, and Conditions for Network Membership (the Member) for its Exclusive Website Marketing and Prospect Referral Network (the Network).
A Member shall be qualified based on professional experience in their local area. In lieu of paying a referral fee to the Company, all Members agree to provide consumers an incentive to use their services. Such incentives can include but are not limited to Commission Splits, Cash Rebates, Credits at Closing, Discounts, and/or Bonuses, as long as they are within lawful State and Federal guidelines:
- Incentives offered to Consumers by Realtors shall be equal to a minimum of 20% of the gross commission earned by their company prior to any Agent, Broker, Company splits or deductions. All Realtor Members shall provide referred consumers with Full Service.
- Incentives offered to Consumers by Home Builders shall be in the form of paid closing costs, new home upgrades, and/or other bonuses or discounts that individually or combined equate to at least 1% of the home's sale price.
- Incentives offered to Consumers by Mortgage Lenders- shall be in the form of a reduced Origination fee or paid closing costs that equal a savings of no less than $500 to the consumer when buying or refinancing a home or other real estate.
THE COMPANY AGREES TO:
- Market the Member's existing website through Search Engine Optimization efforts including links from at least 6 Real Estate Portals on the 1st page of Google, as well as through hundreds of other real estate related Websites, Blogs, and Back Links that the Company uses to promote the professional services and incentive being offered by the Member.
- The Company shall create, optimize, market and maintain an Exclusive City Website for each City reserved by the Member. Each Exclusive City Website will be used to drive more consumer traffic to the Member's existing website exclusively, and for the following monthly marketing fees:
- $10 per month for the first City reserved.
- $5 for each additional City you may care to reserve.
- All Cities are available on a first reserved basis.
- Save 25% by paying annually
- The Company shall automatically eMail any and all Prospect Referral forms and Prospect Inquiries submitted through the Exclusive City Website we set up for any City reserved by the Member:
- As a Member, You Pay No Referral Fees
- We Pay You an Ongoing Monthly Referral Fee equal to 50% of any marketing fees we collect from any Realtors, House Builders, or Mortgage Lenders anywhere in North America that you refer to The Real Estate Savings Center Network.
- We Pay You your 50% referral fee on a Quarterly basis, and for as long as you and anyone you refer remain Network Members.
THE MEMBER AGREES TO:
- Reserve only a city or cities within their local market area.
- Provide an Incentive to real estate buyers and/or sellers as outlined in the Incentives offered area above.
- Keep their website and email up and running to receive real estate prospect visits, referrals, and email inquiries.
- Keep their websites free of any materials, photos, or text that would typically be considered objectionable or indecent in general terms or in the opinion of the Company.
- Respond to Prospect Forms and Inquiries ASAP and definitely within 8 hours, as this is normally necessary to have the best opportuinty to gain the prospect's attention and business.
- Not share any personal information gained from the Company, through its marketing, referrals, and/or home search forms with any third part outside of your own company. Any personal information you receive from any form submitted or any inquiry made through any Exclusive City Website owned by the Company shall be treated as private information within your company, and may not be shared or sold to any other entity.
IT IS MUTUALLY UNDERSTOOD:
- The Goal of The Real Estate Savings Center Network is to become known as the largest group of pro-consumer real estate professionals in North America.
- The Mission of The Real Estate Savings Center Members is to indivdually contribute what they can as far as real estate savings for consumers so that collectively the Network can provide the very best values for buyers and sellers of homes and other real estate.
- Only ONE Realtor, ONE Mortgage Lender, and ONE Home Builder will be selected and marketed on each Exclusively City Website.
- As a Member, you have the right to all benefits outlined on the Company websites including the right to cancel your membership at anytime and for any reason with a 48-hour notice without further cost or obligation.
- The Company also reserves the right to cancel your membership for just cause at any time, and then refund to you any fees collected from you within the prior 30-day period.
INDEMNIFICATION: As a Network Member you agree to Indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and other affiliates from and against any demands, claims, costs, liabilities, losses and damages of any kind including attorney fees resulting from your use or misuse of the Company’s Website, or Marketing, Referral and/or Income Generating System, or for your breach of any of the provision of the Terms and Conditions outlined herein.
DISCLAIMER: The Company makes no representations or guarantees relating to the Exclusive marketing and Prospect Referral System other than those included herein. There may be technical or other difficulties beyond the control of the Company or the Member from time to time including loss of an Internet Connection, and such technical or other difficulties shall be remedied as soon as possible. No such situation of similar rectifiable situation shall be judged as a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
All Company Sites are created and controlled by The Real Estate Savings Center, LLC, a South Carolina Limited Liability Company, and the laws of South Carolina shall govern this Disclaimer or the Terms or Conditions contained herein. Any disputes relating to this Disclaimer or the Terms and Conditions shall be settled by Arbitration Rules established by the American Arbitration Association, and any judgment for any award rendered by the arbitrators may be entered into a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of South Carolina.
THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND PRICING AT ANYTIME, AND SHALL NOTIFY NETWORK MEMBERS OF ANY SUCH CHANGES IN A TIMELY MANNER SO THAT THE MEMBER HAS AT LEAST 14-DAYS TO ACCEPT OR DECLINE SUCH CHANGES.
