Membership Agreement for The Real Estate Savings Center Network

The Real Estate Savings Center, LLC, a Licensed Real Estate Brokerage & Online Marketing Company (the Company), is a growing Network of North American Realtors, House Builders and Mortgage Lenders (the Members) requiring you to agree to the following Ideals, Terms, and Conditions before signing up to secure Exclusive Website Marketing Right in your City or Cities of choice:

Terms & Commencement
·         All Memberships are on a Month-to-Month basis unless you choose otherwise.
·         Exclusive Website Marketing for all Members is available on a First Reserved basis.
·         Exclusive Links to Member Websites are typically up and running within 2 business days.

Monthly, Semi-Annual, or Annual Fees
·         All Members start as the Exclusive Service Providers in 1 City in one of the following Service categories: Buyer's Agent, Seller's Agent, House Builder or Mortgage Lender.
.    Members may reserve addtional Exclusive Cities and/or Exclusive Service Provider Categories for $5.00 each per month.
.    The Company provide discounts of 25% when paid semi-annually or 50% when paid annually, and it accepts Visa and Master Card through the Authorize.net secure transaction platform.
·         You may also pay semi-annually or annually by check.

14-Day Risk Free Guarantee, Renewal, and Cancellation
·         Your city or cities will automatically renew at the terms above unless you cancel. ·         The Company offers a 14-day Risk Free Guarantee. You can cancel for any reason within your first 14 days of membership by contacting Billing@TheRESC.com for a full refund. Your refund will be issued within 2-business days.
·         After 14-days you can cancel at anytime without additional fees or obligation.

As a Member you understand and agree to the following:
·         You agree to reserve only cities within your local market area.
·         You understand that The Real Estate Savings Center System is primarily designed to market your website and your services exclusively, however as a secondary benefit you may from time to time receive a Prospect Lead or Inquiry through the Company’s email Alert system.
·         In the event you do receive such an email alert, you agree not to share any of the consumer's personal information without their permission.
·         You also agree to respond to any such Prospect Lead Forms and Inquires ASAP and certainly within 8 normal business hours.
·          INDEMNIFICATION: As a Network Member you agree to Indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and other affiliates from and against any demands, claims, costs, liabilities, losses and damages of any kind including attorney fees resulting from your use or misuse of the Company’s Website, or Marketing, Referral and/or Income Generating System, or for your breach of any of the provision of the Terms and Conditions outlined herein.

DISCLAIMER: The Company makes no representations or guarantees relating to the Exclusive Website Marketing other than those included herein and on the preceding Realtor/Partner Sign Up page. There may be technical or other difficulties beyond the control of the Company or the Member from time to time including loss of an Internet Connection, and such technical or other difficulties shall be remedied as soon as possible. No such situation of similar rectifiable situation shall be judged as a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

All Company Sites are created and controlled by The Real Estate Savings Center, LLC, a South Carolina Limited Liability Company, and the laws of South Carolina shall govern this Disclaimer or the Terms or Conditions contained herein. Any disputes relating to this Disclaimer or the Terms and Conditions shall be settled by Arbitration Rules established by the American Arbitration Association, and any judgment for any award rendered by the arbitrators may be entered into a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of South Carolina.

THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND PRICING AT ANYTIME, AND SHALL NOTIFY NETWORK MEMBERS OF ANY SUCH CHANGES IN A TIMELY MANNER SO THAT THE MEMBER HAS AT LEAST 14-DAYS TO ACCEPT OR DECLINE SUCH CHANGES.

·         The Mission of the Company and its Members is to individually contribute what they can as far as real estate savings for consumers so that collectively the Network can provide the very best values for buyers and sellers of homes and other real estate.
